Fast-SL

    Fast-SL enables an efficient enumeration of higher order synthetic lethals in metabolic networks, which may help uncover previously unknown genetic interactions and combinatorial drug targets. Fast-SL is compatible with the COBRA toolbox for MATLAB and LP solvers such as Gurobi.

PathwayAnalyser

    PathwayAnalyser interfaces with the open-source GNU Linear Programming Toolkit (GLPK) for linear programming/FBA and Object Oriented Quadratic Programming (OOQP) for quadratic programming/ MoMA. It gives a comprehensive report on gene deletions based on an input Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) Model and objective function. PathwayAnalyser is here more for historic purposes --- for any FBA-based analysis, one must be using the COBRA toolbox.

Personal Projects

StotraSamhita

    StotraSamhita.net is a mediawiki-based website for displaying Indian languaged texts (mostly Sanskrit) in a few Indian languages. Since it is wiki-based, it is easy to correct errors and proofread Sanskrit texts. The GitHub repo also features beautifully typeset PDFs for several Sanskrit stotras.
